(February 17, 2019, 3:50 pm)I had three sets of hearing aids that ranged from worthless, to better, to just O.K.with problems. I noticed that Hearing Health Care in Huntersville carried all the top brands. I got an appointment and drove up from Concord. My wife and I were met by Sarah Koehler and the friendly staff. After a thorough hearing test, we discussed the problems I had been having and the options. Sarah had experience with all the popular brands, and recommended Oticon. Wow, what a difference! I think I am hearing as well as possible. Sarah encourages me to come back frequently for cleaning, and any fine tuning. If you need hearing aids, start, with Huntersville Hearing Healthcare and Sarah Koehler. Don't work your way up like I did.

(May 10, 2018, 10:42 am)We took our mother to get her hearing tested . And we got hearing aids . Christina Gunn greeted us and made my mother feel so comfortable. She had been scared and nervous. Sarah tested her hearing and mother just fell in love with them both .Christina has done follow up calls and really made us feel we really made the right choice. Me and my family would never go to any one else. We highly recommend them and this company to all my friends.
