(February 12, 2019, 12:07 pm)I highly recommend Huntersville Oaks- We visit many residents there on a weekly basis. The care staff is always friendly and helpful. Surely, anyone can have a bad day, hence some negative reviews, this facility is the RITZ in nursing homes!

(May 25, 2018, 10:39 pm)Great place!! My Mother stayed here after a fall and everyone was wonderful. She stayed 5 weeks. She was on the rehab side (Lakeview).. I was a nervous wreck since she has never had to go to a facility before. They were on top of everything.. I would stay there myself if I ever needed to have care. My Mom is 89 with Dementia.

There might be slight "grumps" or concerns here and there, but they are minor, and given the context of all that they do, I'm pleased with the care my family member is receiving. Plus, the fact that it's a part of the Carolinas Medical organization is reassuring.
