(January 11, 2019, 12:27 pm)We highly recommend NewGen. NewGen just completed a project in our home. They installed two new wood floors in two bedrooms, and completely rebuilt our master bath. We are very happy with the results. We found the workers to be competent and easy to work with. Management and office staff were also easy to deal with. We found them to be honest and reasonably priced.

Every person on the crew(s) that came to work in our home were amazing! I spent weeks trying to pick out our new floors, and I never felt like they were ready to be done with us. Their patience was so appreciated! The multiple trips I made to the office for samples was always a pleasure. Katie and Archer always made me feel at home! In addition to having new hardwood floors installed I also had 2 area rugs and some carpets cleaned! The carpets looked brand new when they were done, and I will use them again!

(November 27, 2018, 5:59 pm)The 1 before picture and 3 after pictures do not do justice to the quality and expediency that Kent's team performed at my facility. Aaron, Joe and the others truly did a wonderful job with this old cotton storage mill, removing years and probably decades of cotton fibers from the walls, pipes and ceiling. Truly a great experience with all of the staff. I absolutely recommend for any type of cleaning/restoration job.

(November 11, 2018, 7:52 am)NewGen came in and helped us with hardwood and vinyl replacement, as well as a whole house cleaning. Every crew that came into our house was super professional and easy to work with. They helped stay on top of communicating with our insurance company as well. Kent and the office staff were easy to get in touch with by phone and email. I wish I had known about them from the beginning when our house flooded. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done in their house. We plan to use them again in the future.
