  This is hands down the BEST experience I've had with nails and eyebrow waxing. The ladies are so friendly and professional, they did not cause any pain or bleeding (which i've experienced getting nails done in the past). They are sweet and sociable if you like to talk, and very flexible with special requests. I had french fingernails done for my wedding, and gel color on my toes. I am so pleased with the results and will be back again and again!

  Trinity did a great job with my hair cut and beard trim. Even got a nice head rub with the shampoo. Will definitely return!

  I've been to quite a few salons in Charlotte but none of them have been as amazing as this one. Trinity is super talented. I get everything done here from lashes to hair color and I always leave happy. She's very sweet caring and have always felt like her priority is to make sure you leave feeling beautiful and happy. I'm so fortunate to have finally found my dream full service salon.

  This spa/salon is magnificent. The women who work here are professional, fun, thorough, talented, and personable. I know that when I go to Serenity I will receive impeccable service in a relaxing atmosphere. Their prices are extremely affordable and the space is clean and inviting. My first gel manicure there lasted nearly four weeks! So awesome!
