All of the teachers have been incredibly helpful and patient with me as I have attended each class. I am so happy that my first experience with yoga was through this studio, because it has affirmed my interest and pushed me to want to continue with my practice.

(May 12, 2015, 9:05 am)I went in for neck/back and shoulder pain and after a couple of massage sessions with Jeff i was feeling so much better and getting a lot more functionality back. He also gives tips on exercises and tips post massage. I would definitely recommend it.

(May 5, 2015, 9:25 am)My husband and I love the Slow Flow with Joan Yoga class. I have also taken the Aire Yoga and love it as well. When I leave I feel less stress, in my mind and body, regardless of how I feel when I walk in.

(November 13, 2014, 10:45 am)Beautiful space and atmosphere. The yoga teachers are all really talented and genuinely nice. There is a class for everyone. I like it so much here that I hang out at the front desk and help out when I can! It's a great place to be ... yoga, massage therapy, personal training ... and even a consignment art gallery. Very cool.
