The individual who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable about their products and gave honest feedback (i.e. not trying to sell me the most expensive thing but what would help me most as a player). Not to mention they strung 3 of my racquets hours after dropping them off. I will definitely use them going forward and would recommend them to anyone looking for new tennis gear (any skill level).
