(September 16, 2016, 5:43 pm)After having my BMW 750i valve seals replaced at the BMW dealership my car started leaking oil 1 day after they supposedly fixed it. After a lot of back and forth between the BMW tech and I - I was set on not paying an additional $873 for a valve pump, especially after paying $5320 to have the seals replaced.
Southend Import Car Care was referred to me by a BMW tech on-site. I can not express how satisfied I am with the service Paul and his guys provided. I called at 10:30 to make an appointment and they were able to get me in on the same day at 12 and I was out by 3:30 PM!
Their parts and labor price was beyond reasonable and he didn't give me a bunch of extra fluff...just facts.
My husband and I thank you for being a good owner and a person of your word. May GOD bless your business.

(January 4, 2016, 5:34 pm)I love this shop, it's be best, it's clean, it's honest, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. The one that I've worked with the most is David. He always explains what he's going to do to your car very clearly, and does a very good job fixing it. David is awesome! Pricing is reasonable, and the car is fixed in a timely manner.
I only trust the people at Southend to work on my car. I think very highly of this repair shop, and highly recommend it.
