I drive all over the country, and is very rare to come across a Chinese place that actually pay some effort into the quality of the food instead of just making it as cheaply as they can. I really appreciate the fact they make real fried rice instead of chicken stock infused rice with peas in it. The might get more of a sit down following if they turned the air conditioning inn. It was hot as hell in there
