I first met Lisa when I was involved in a work/trade agreement at Be Yoga South/Carmel. At the time I was newer to yogic philosophy and integrative health practices. Being able to watch and observe Lisa's behavior during the public part of her client intake in the lobby of the studio really got me thinking about my own thoughts and actions.
After a time I had some issues that I wanted help resolving in an alternative manner and I came to Lisa for help. Lisa's caring touch and ability to hold space made me feel safe from the minute I came into her presence to the minute I left after each meeting. For a person like me, experiences like that are invaluable. I live with emotional pain every day and it's not easy being at a crossroads thinking that something is wrong with you (some chemical imbalance) and you are the way you are due to the circumstances of your life. During the limited time I have been blessed to spend with Lisa (due to my limited financial means), I have received much relief and clarity. There is nothing like having the feeling of connection with a care provider. I really enjoy consultative situations and Lisa knows exactly what she is doing and how to help. She listened to me when I needed to speak, and she was blunt with me when I needed a voice of reasoning, among countless other variable situations.
Having the simple feeling of hope that someone is there to help guide you means the world to me. I would recommend Dr. Lisa Holland FIRST to anybody that I thought could benefit from her experience and determination. She has truly helped my light shine brighter and more pure.
Lisa has been a remarkable source for health in so many ways. Her journey continues to offer each of us avenues to better out nutritional needs, spiritually, personally and through food.

I encountered Dr. Lisa at a Drumstrong event. She had donated her time for cancer fundraising. I knew immediately she was a genuine teacher of yoga and all its tenets.Then to discover she was a degreed therapist was icing on the cake. I have followed her and her path of yoga since and recommended her at every opportunity as a healer, teacher and proponent of total health and spirituality. Her guru Darma Mittra of N.Y. is a spiritual guide of the first caliber. He is recognised throughout the world as a leader in his field yet is the epitome of humble service as is she.
