We came home from Thanksgiving to a half flooded house, we reached out on a Sunday evening and they were out Monday by lunch time to get things going. They were responsive, professional, and worked extremely well with our insurance. They explained everything in a way that covered all the details but wasn't overwhelming and they really made the process pretty seamless from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them going forward, and if we ever need something like that again (I hope we don't!) we will be using Rumsey.

With great professionalism and care they brought their machines in and got rid of all the moisture. They helped us deal with the insurance companies to make sure that we received all of the monies that were owed to us. We highly recommend Brendon and his team at Rumsey Construction and Restoration.

(January 23, 2019, 10:46 pm)My mother in-law had some flooding due to a plumbing issue and called me in a panic. I called Rumsey Restoration and they quickly responded and put worries to rest. It was clear that she had some water damage but it could of been a lot worse if they hadn’t acted so quickly.
It’s good to know that they took care of my mother in-law so well and eased her worries. If you’re looking for the best restoration companies Charlotte NC has to offer Rumsey Restoration needs to be in the conversation! -
