  After my vehicle accident, I was overwhelmed with mail and phone solicitation and none were from Auger and Auger. I Googled and was looking for legal reps that did not send mail or call. I read some Auger and Auger reviews and gave them a call. That really is the end of the story. I originally spoke with an intake specialist who had answers to all my original questions and I felt extremely comfortable with the firm. Once onboard Missy the case manager was outstanding, keeping me informed with every move. The attorney Arlene Auger was as wonderful. They actually cared about me and how I doing and at no time was I misled in every way. I was informed of the best legal way to continue. In the end, I was very satisfied and happy with the treatment of my case at Auger and Auger. I would use them again.

  After my car accident, I chose Auger and Auger after going through many reviews of other companies. I was not disappointed. From the beginning, Missy, Arlene's Case Manager, was on point. She communicated with me through the whole process. Arlene worked with the insurance company's and all my medical providers. It was so refreshing not to worry about all the inconveniences that being in a car accident can entail. Arlene is very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Auger and Auger for their personalized service and their great communication with their clients.

  I absolutely love auger and auger. This is my 2nd case with them the first one was auto now this is commercial. When I say they not only go above and beyond they keep everything crystal clear. Missy is the best assistant you can have,she deliberately keep you updated, she is on time, she provide you every step almost seem like you work there. Mrs. Auger is so down to earth I truly mean it she don’t seem like a attorney she actually cares and she not in it for money she actually take the time and get to know her clients she don’t just follow the books she take her clients feelings, opinions, and their aspects all in consideration. This time she is handling a case for my entire family and when she is done I know the work will be just as perfect than my first case. No other attorney can get my business because she is just not a attorney she is a friend a counselor as well.   I reached out to Auger & Auger after a motor vehicle wreck. At my first appointment, I was surprised to actually meet with Arlene Auger in person! I thought I would meet with a paralegal or assistant. Arlene reassured me that they would take care of all the details and that the phone calls from insurance companies would stop. She did exactly what she said she would do and I had peace and comfort knowing that she had my case under control. She and the case manager Missy kept me abreast of what was happening but did not overburden me with details that I didn't necessarily need to know. Attorney Hunter Gillespie walked me through mediation and made me feel like a had a team willing to fight for me. He did what he said he was going to do and explained the steps and options in a succinct way. I highly recommend Auger & Auger. They are honest, straightforward, and persistent.
