  Excellent customer service and very polite and professional, didn't give a guaranteed time (they kept it safe) and stated they would call if my order was not delivered in time which was above and beyond what they had to do. Thank you guys so much for delivering in a timely manner on such a last minute rush order!

  Thank you Susan! This place was awesome. I new I wanted lilies and that was about it. Susan designed a beautiful bouquet around the lilies I picked out. And at the price I paid i could not be happier. I will absolutely be coming back again!

  I order Sunflowers for my wife yesterday at 6:48 PM and they was delivered this Morning at 8:31 AM to our apartment. I am very impress with the speed of the delivery. I was worried about them finding our apartments because they are new and the address is not on google maps. So I left delivery notes and I think that help them find it.
  
  For the flowers themselves looks amazing! She absolutely loves them! This started my wife day off on a good start. They look so fresh, I added the picture my wife sent me of the flowers. I'm so happy I order from a local shop. I will highly recommend Flowers of Charlotte and I will order again form them.

  wow!.. I have ordered from Flowers of Charlotte twice now and I have to say I am very impressed with Incredibly easy the process was. I just picked what I wanted online, and put my card info in online and where I wanted it delivered to and the flowers were delivered in such a timely fashion! The first order I placed my boss was in the hospital on a Saturday and I couldn’t find any florists open over the weekend, when I found Flowers of Charlotte I was a little weary about how easy the process was and thought it was too good to be true... but it was delivered within just a few hours! The second order They delivered all the way to Huntersville for free! Their arrangements are not only affordable but they make everything ak easy!

  So pleased with the outstanding customer service and the product this florist provided! Found them online to order a get well gift for a dear friend. Brittany was wonderful to answer my questions by phone & even called me when they needed to substitute the basket style from the one pictured online, just to be sure that was acceptable. Prompt/same day delivery. My friend contacted me right away that the basket was beautifully decorated for fall & the fruit tasted delicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOWERS OF CHARLOTTE!
