(January 20, 2019, 5:47 pm)Machine equipment at times feels stiff/unlubricated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Public areas are clean. Winter environment, the gym is cool and comfortable. Summer environment, the gym was frequently hot, not much noticable air flow besides the ceiling fans.

He knew who I was right away called me Ms. Sanchez and got a new card since I lost mine in no time, hastle free just great customer service! I have been a member there for a good six months on and off. Love the classes and the staff is amazing.
