  Great people there. Went way out of there way to get insurance to work with them and made sure I was taken care of. Customer service from days long gone. Although they’re out of my way, I will use them for now on

  Giant genie is the best pharmacy ever. This is a family business offering excellent customer service . I highly recommend this pharmacy to all of Charlotte!

  If you're looking for something better than the big name drug stores around town you have got to give Giant Genie a try. Friendly, warm, caring- they take the time to know their customers and build solid relationships. I like that. Robby (pharmacist) and Lela make an exceptional team. Both are dedicated, hardworking, and deserve major kudo's. Prices are great, yearly flu shots available, extensive in store inventory of all things for your health needs, and if they don't have it they'll order it! They even have FREE delivery. Thank you Giant Genie- you're the BEST!!

  If they don't have your medication in stock they will order it for you. It will be there the next day. Like this pharmacy a lot.

  I just want to give a shout out to Giant Genie Pharmacy. I went in to drop off a prescription my oncologist gave me for an abdominal binder. I recently had a colon resection surgery and have a large incision straight down the middle of my entire abdomen and had 32 staples removed today.
  
  They didn't have one in stock, and other pharmacies and medical supply places didn't have anything either.
  
  Robbie at Giant Genie had his own personal wrap from a back surgery, it does the same thing a binder would do for me. He let me have it for the two weeks and told me just to bring it back when I no longer need.
  
  I thought it was such a nice gesture and he seems like a genuinely nice person. Thank you! The relief is immediate, I am a dog groomer and hopefully I can get back to work next week without having to worry about a dog hitting the incision site.
  
  I will be using them for prescriptions and everything from now on. What a nice neighborhood pharmacy.
