Their services are great. The therapists are awesome.
They really take the time to get to know you and will support your needs and aren't all about money, they treat you like they actually care unlike some other places in town.
This has been such a wonderful experience. I have been taking my daughter to the Charlotte office for the past few months and am blown away with the changes I have seen in her.
I have never had any issues with scheduling and have always felt that the whole team genuinely care about us and wants us to succeed.
Renee Bell is a wonderful therapist and the tools she has given me and my daughter are priceless. My daughter has grown so much and is so much more accountable and enjoyable to have around compared to the constant power struggles and arguments.

Wow! Just came here to write a comment; however, I was shocked to see a couple of negative remarks. I have found that Pinnacle Point provides higher standards of service than other neighboring resources. It is staffed with wonderful and caring people that treat you with dignity and respect. Based upon my experiences; I would certainly refer others to PP, versus making my decision based upon bitter remarks from those clearly still in need of help. Keep up the great work PP! We need you in our communities.
