  Wayne Russell Funeral Home cared for my Mother and my Father. They are first and foremost CARING people. They take a genuine concern for their families and they step in and help where they are needed. They do not rush the process and are there anytime you call them. They take pride in their business, their reputation, and their work. Both my mother and my father looked as if they were only sleeping. They took care in making sure my parents were literally smiling as we said our "see ya laters". I will ALWAYS recommend ONLY them to anyone who wants their loved ones laid to rest with all respect, pride and beautifully presented.

  Wayne Russell Funeral Services is amazing because of who they are! Genuine love and kindness for bereaved families. They will go above what is required and will help in anyway possible. No matter where we have lived, we always say "Call Wayne Russell because he will travel to make sure we are taken care of"!????

  My father died 6 years ago and I was clueless as to what funeral home to call for his final services. After several visits to different funeral services in Charlotte, someone recommended Wayne Russell. My family and I went over and spoke with Mr. and Mrs. Russell in person, we received a tour of their facilities and decided to put our father's final needs in their care. My father was to be cremated following his viewing and funeral. We rented his casket and purchased his urn directly from Wayne Russell Funeral Service. Mr. Russell was very honest and upfront about costs. (He's one of the most reasonable funeral homes in Charlotte) Everything was professional from start to finish. Mr. Russell arranged a veteran's service complete with flag, service member, and Taps. My father was cremated 3 days after his funeral. Mr. and Mrs. Russell later delivered my father's cremated remains to my home in person, along with personalized thank you cards and several copies of my father's death certificate. My experience with this funeral home was top shelf. If I am ever in need again, I will be sure to contact Wayne Russell Funeral Service.
