  If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! From the moment you walk in you a greeted by several employees. Then, they ask how they can help and they sounded genuine when asking, not robotic. But what I really want to point is they LISTENED to my problems without cutting me off in mid-sentence. They made EYE CONTACT with me, not looking at there own phones. They couldn't fix it at that moment so they gave me loaner phone until my phone could be fixed. This experience was 10 days ago. Fast forward today and I walk in to the exact greeting and the exact terrific experience as the first. I love this location and the people who work here. I dont know everyone last name but I want to personally thank all the following employees at this location. This is now my Sprint location.

  I wish you guys could go train the people at the brand new Galleria location on the skills that you hold because this is the worst store when receiving great customer service and customer relations.

  Really appreciate the store manager Brandon helping me i recommend Sprint and the store to everyone I've been a Sprint customer for 5 years plus and they've always help me here but Brandon went out of his way to day to help me thanks, I appreciate Daniel for repairing my s8 twice! And they always are the best around at this location

  I was very impressed with the service in this Sprint store. Adrian helped me out up front and Dan repaired my phone. Outstanding!
