  Jim was extremely helpful in my mattress shopping experience. He was very informative and made the process smooth and easy. Jim was also so patient with my indecision and encouraged me to take as much time as I wanted, while lying on the mattresses. Highly recommend Jim for your mattress shopping needs!!

  Almost a 100/100. Jim made the mattress selection process very easy. He educated us, gave us space to make the decision and kinda worked around our budget :). Also, we got an adjustable base which wasn’t available while we were waiting for the delivery so he upgraded us to the more expensive base for free which was awesome.
  
  Minor negatives
  - Ended up buying a more expensive mattress than I budgeted
  - We wanted a lunch to think it over but seemed like we were encouraged to make the decision right then. I do understand why though.

  I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm, Jimmy was very good, he took care of all our needs he answered every question. We need to be answered and he was very friendly, I can't say anything bad about him he was good and we are going to enjoy our new mattress. We, bought a
  Memory Foam mattress. Because, I have a back issue and this type mattress solve my problem for a Good Night
  Sleep. Again thank you Mr. James Downey.

  Very knowledgeable staff and helped us find our needs within our budget. My expecting wife is finally looking forward to getting her needed rest. Thankful for the no-pressure approach and care we received.

  What a great experience we had with Jim Downey! My kids and I came in out of the blue to find an adjustable mattress for my parents and found the right guy to take care of us. Jim is knowledgeable but not pushy. Informative but not annoying. We were so pleased with the whole process. Jim explained which mattress was the best fit and the best for us. It was effortless. We will certainly be back, if not to buy a mattress, then to see Jim!
