  I was somewhat disappointed in my level of service from my visit because for some reason something is always missing from my order. I ordered a baked potato with the works, and my favorite item to put on my potato is sour cream. I looked in the bag to check that my main items where in the bag, but I didn't look for the smaller items I requested. It was on the order confirmation screen, so I assumed it was would be in the bag. With so many cars behind me, I rushed. From now on, I will ask them to look and make sure everything I requested is added. But, it's always this location that let's me down. But, the food was still good, but I would be a statisfied customer if I got what I paid for. Make sure to check your bags at this locations. I suppose, get in the habit of checking all your drive thru orders. Good luck!

  I never usually have an issue when I visit here. My food is always right, extra sauces are given without a fuss, and quality is decent. I can’t say the quality is great, cause I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. But by Charlotte’s standards they’re doing pretty well for themselves. I come here somewhat frequently. The 4 for $4 is always a steal, and fills me up.

  Always fresh and delicious. Love the character of the old building, inclusive with the elderly owner always in house for lunch! So cool!
