OMG!!!! Cynthia hands down is one of the best realtors in the world.I started this process in September 2014 and from day one she was helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a issue with my lender and she went and ensure my loan was going to close and never stopped fighting for me. I'm so happy to announce I am a first time homeowner and I just closed on my home 11/25/14. Even though this experience was stressful and I have shed my tears..Cynthia was there the entire time with me and I can't thank her enough. I totally disagree with the previous comment which by the way after the negative comment the person continued to refer clients to Essence Realty.Go Figure :)
Anyway, Essence Realty(Cynthia Walker)is caring, professional and honest. They made sure that I knew all the facts about the purchasing my first home. They were ready and available to me whenever I had questions or concerns. They went above and beyond to help me find a home that was specific to my families need.
