Outstanding customer service from the point of initial contact through the appointment and even afterwards. Owner got a small smudge on some carpet and came back then next day to clean the rug for no charge. His reasoning was, “we stand behind our work.” A person of integrity and admirable work ethic. I highly recommend HookandLadder for any duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and appliance repair!

Very happy! Excellent service! Called Friday to schedule an appointment and the office staff was great. The owner actually went out of his way to come out on a Sunday because they are normally closed, but with the holiday approaching I needed my dryer before family arrived. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and actually have already referred them to my neighbor.
