I called Carolina Lock and Access Control on Friday 08/17/18 to order keys and they were at my office within the hour. So impressed!!!
My husband and I recently had a great experience with Carolina Lock and Access Control. In a day and age when customer service is sub par, this company excelled with great service. After years of wear and tear, our back sliding glass door popped off. After calling a couple locksmiths, we learned this is not a common thing they fix. We contacted Mike, and he was more than willing to come by and give a diagnosis. Mike is professional, prompt, great with communication, and great with working around our schedules. He was able to find the right parts to install and re-key the door at a fast and very reasonable rate. I have him locked in my phone for future issues, and highly recommend his services!
These guys were super fast and professional. I called and ask them to come help me out. They got here within 10 minutes and I was in my house 30 seconds later. Hopefully i dont run into more situations like this one but if so, I'll definitely call them back.
