I never leave reviews but they saved my babies! I locked my keys and my Two puppies were locked in my car and they came so fast. Nick Just was amazing !!!! I can’t thank them enough ! Please use them if you need assistance. -

He was incredibly friendly and educated me on a few safety issues I needed to be aware of. I will call them again and again the experience made me feel safe as a tiny female out on the side of the road. Highly recommended and fair pricing! My day is saved

(January 22, 2019, 8:04 am)Nick has come to my rescue at least three times since July 2018. With heavy construction all around, I’ve been the lucky one to pick up nails throughout the city. On NYE, my car battery died and he came to my rescue and even changed out my battery when an auto supply store couldn’t. Days later a picked up another nail and once again he was there. Charlotte Hero Patrol is my go to Roadside Assistance service now...highly recommended!

(January 13, 2019, 11:13 am)Nick is awesome! We are from Cleveland, TN. Our horse trailer blew a tire and there was no way we could get home. We had very little money and that was to be used for tires the next morning. We didn’t have any tires for the trailer, so we was just going to spend the night in our truck. Nick opened up his home to us as it was very cold last night. He is a very good person and a special one at that. He will do anything to help you and if he can’t, he will give you other options that can. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and would recommend to everyone.

(January 5, 2019, 3:09 pm)Nick came out in no time - even arrived early! - and took care of my problem. My battery had died in a parking garage with 6'10" clearance (so no tow trucks wanted to help out!) and he had me out of there in short order! Excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly service! I'm keeping the HERO card in my glove box from now on!
