  The best carpet cleaning I’ve had. I’ve tried two other companies and the stains and stairs never came out as good as I wanted it to be. My carpet look so clean and fluffy again and I absolutely love it. He shampoo my king size mattress as well and got many stains up and now it’s clean and sanitary. I get my carpet cleaned every six months and now Best Steamer has another loyal customer. Thank you!

  We had adhesive glue stuck on carpet where bed contacted carpet (pest control devices). The glue attracted dirt; so looked bad. We didn't think any carpet cleaner would be able to get all the glue off. Best Steamer got all the glue off (and dirt stuck to glue), and the carpet looks new again! Another room had grease from the chain of a stationary bicycle that dripped on the carpet. They got all the grease stains off. Carpet looks new again. Very happy. We'll definitely call Van @ Best Steamers from now on. Highlight of our weekend to have house looking so good.

  I moved into my house a year and a half ago. At the time I bought the house, I assumed the carpet color was a light gray. A few weeks back some friends came into town and brought their golden retriever to stay at my house. Since then my girlfriend's allergies have been reeking havoc on her. I offered to have the carpet cleaned to help get some of the dog dander out of the house and help with her allergies.
  
  I saw Best Steamer had the highest rating in Charlotte on Google and was very close to my house. I shot them a message for a quote and received an email back within fifteen minutes with a price and a date. Van came today and cleaned the downstairs carpet. He was incredibly professional, showed up ten minutes early, and was done in less than an hour. He did an amazing job! It turns out my carpet is actually white! He also put down some pet protection at no extra charge! My girlfriend is thrilled with the way the carpet looks. After the great job he did, we've decided to have the upstairs cleaned and to have the carpet in the entire house cleaned at least once a year! I would highly recommend Best Steamer and Van! Super nice, incredibly professional and thorough, and the price cannot be beat! I can't say enough nice things about this company.

  Great service! Van replied to my estimate request within the hour and scheduled my service the next day. He was able to get out a stubborn pet stain no problem. Very efficient and professional! Thanks Van!
