Jay provided the exact apartment that I wanted and newly renovated. This place is quite and a good place for me and my son to live in. I would definitely recommend to my co workers and anyone that ask!

(November 7, 2018, 8:42 pm)Recently moving back to the NC area I just happen to be applying for apartments and passed by this estate. The landscaping caught my attention ????. After stopping by and applying. The process took less than a week for me to a response and get my keys.Which was right one time for me relocating with my job. My daughter actually loves going with Mommy to work out now because of the day area in fitness center. I love how she stays entertained upstairs while I am working out. Since seeing the doggy park we may be getting a puppy soon. Overall my experience has been great and I definitely highly recommend applying here. We definitely will be here awhile

(November 7, 2018, 7:31 pm)With any move there are certain concerns. The new staff at Greenrock Estates were great with that transition. Property manager Tracy helped me tremendously and the office staff were great as well. I love my new place.
