(March 9, 2018, 12:52 pm)When my 2017 BMW 7 series was damaged in a hit & run there was no other place I considered going to for the repair. Loren & Audrey were absolutely awesome throughout the entire process, the whole team at Import was great. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car and there is no other shop that will ever repair a vehicle for me. I was referred there by multiple people and I will continue to refer people there for as long as I live in Charlotte.

I believed that service has fizzed out in this great country of ours but every time I have needed body or collision work, Lauren and his crew do it RIGHT! Completely and professionally. I can not say how satisfied I am with their work and family atmosphere. If I could give more than the 5 stars I would! Take my advice people, you will never go anywhere again for all your Paint and body needs. They ALSO do a fantastic job on detail work.
