(August 18, 2018, 9:26 am)My roommate and I have lived here for a little over a year now and can sincerely say that the apartment administration is among the best we've ever experienced. In my opinion, what you're really paying for with an apartment is good maintenance and admin since the amenities are just a bonus to the entire experience. Waterford Creek definitely ensures both, our maintenance requests get handled in a timely manner, the staff is very transparent (so good we've renewed the lease!). The community is family oriented and clean. The only downside was valet trash which after raising to the office hasn't given us too much trouble. Would recommend this place to most people.
(June 27, 2018, 4:51 pm)I love Waterford. Everybody is so nice and I love how well kept everything is. I moved here from Pennsylvania so making a decision on somewhere to live was very difficult but Waterford stood out above the rest. I have now lived here for 2 months and am still so happy with everybody here
(January 2, 2018, 11:19 pm)I have enjoyed living at Waterford Creek for some time. Each interaction with the office staff has been a pleasure. They are professional, pleasant and they are ready to assist. Natalie and the team are nimble in keeping up with the use of technology to stay in touch with residents. There is a newsletter, email notification and well-placed paper posting about office hours and resident appreciation days. The maintenance crew are some of the best around. They are responsive, professional and courteous. We live in a community and it is up to each of us to make this community a great place to be. I would recommend this complex to others. To the newest neighbors who stopped me in the parking lot this evening, I say "Welcome."
