(February 25, 2019, 11:23 am)I was going to Charlotte to help my daughter with a move. I needed additional space and knew a standard or full size car would not cut it. I did not want to pay the price of a full size SUV. I was able to rent a beautiful F-150 for the same price as a car. Thank you Budget. I remain a loyal customer.

(December 8, 2018, 9:02 pm)Our flight was delayed and we got to Charlotte right at closing time, 1am. I ran from our gate to the rental desk and when I got there all of the lights were dimmed and every other rental company was closed. The lady at Budget was putting on her coat to leave however when I approached and told her we were delayed she smiled and said give me a minute to turn the computer back on and she would get me taken care of. I was so happy to have someone help me and be so nice about it that I failed to get her name. Hopefully Budget can look this employee up from my name and give her the praise she deserves for the excellent customer service she gave me.
