She was on her own tonight and worked patiently with each person until her very rude and unpleasant colleague appeared(maybe on a break?). 5 stars for Jamila who offered recommendations and a lovely smile. Her colleague was a different story. While Jamila was ringing up a customer, her colleague asked an airport employee if he needed assistance, overlooking me. Then she walked right by me and didn’t even offer to help/acknowledge me. Jamila apologized for her colleagues lack of professionalism and spent about 30 minutes helping me pick out several pieces. I think the guy said he was looking around bc he knew I’d been waiting for a while. Jamila made my experience pleasant but the other employee should not be employed at a place where she’s required to interact with people. Just a thought!
