  I'm surprised I haven't heard of this location prior to this trip. The Mahi dish was perfect and the gentleman who took my order made me feel so comfortable I absolutely had to hug him. This location received a 5 ???? for both categories. Thank you guys

  I am not crazy about Charlotte's airport. It seems to be in a constant state of remodel. The upper C gates reminded me of some kind of dystopian universe but Phillip's offered warm hospitality and chilled chardonnay. Great seafood and charming wait people.

  It was a great experience, they were suppose to close at 10, our flt got delayed and did not leave till 1220, they stayed open to accommodate us with smiles on there faces, even when a customer got rude the girls handled it and served them. That's the America I would love to see come back, thank you for there service, I will always visit thus establishment on future visits to this airport. Thank you and your people

  This was a relaxing place to hang out for a bit and get some food after a long day of traveling. The waiter was prompt and great at his job. The prices were too high for what we got, but that's kind of par for the course in airports.
  
  It was a relief to find a quiet place to sit for a bit. Many of the other restaurants were loud and packed with people.

  I know it's a seafood place but I felt like a burger. They didn't disappoint. Then burger was cooked medium exactly as ordered, the waffle fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, even the coleslaw was good. The service was also exceptional, the best I've received in ages, I think. My waitress was very helpful and attentive and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more.
