(March 6, 2019, 8:28 am)I recently rented a Toyota Rav4 one way from Charlotte Douglas Airport to Newark International Airport. Customer service was top notch and due to availability I was able to upgrade to a BMW X3 for a reasonable charge. Overall a smooth and easy experience (other than raining the entire 11 hour trip).

(February 23, 2019, 10:29 am)Everyone at the counter was very helpful and courtesy. I had trouble finding my reservation and they said no problem and said they had numerous ways to find it for me. They did a fine job of explaining everything, including insurance and were never pushy. The vehicle was clean and everything worked fine. As usual I was running late returning to the airport, but they checked me in quickly and went over the charges and I was off and running. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use Alamo.

There were associates on every aisle asking to help you and saved you valuable precious time when shopped there, well that is how Alamo has stepped up their game. When I walked into the parking area, multiple knowledgeable, helpful people were their to make sure I had my vehicle and I was on my way. Totally professional looking and knew their job. Great Customer service and awesome attitude.
