(February 20, 2019, 11:00 am)After being delayed in Chicago on our flight to Charlotte,N.C., from California, my husband and I arrived in Charlotte well after midnight. After retrieving our luggage, we immediately went to the National rental desk to pick up our rental car. The counter was closed but an agent at the adjacent rental counter advised us to continue to the National pickup location, which we did; it was also unoccupied, but as we had done on earlier occasions, we simply chose an appropriate vehicle and proceeded to the exit gate, immediately obtained approval, and proceeded on our way to our motel and checked in about 2:30 AM. We love the National rental process!!!! Thank you.

(December 18, 2018, 11:24 am)National is - pretty much - my go to for car rental. As an Emerald Club member, you get to skip the counter and go straight to out to choose a vehicle. I chose a nice Chevy 4x4 Colorado, which was perfect, given the road conditions that week. With regards to the Charlotte Airport rental, pickup and return were seamless; the staff was helpful and polite through every step of the process. I guess that's why I keep going back to them.
