We can't thank Rich & Tim enough for going above and beyond their "normal" duties! We didn't arrive until late in the evening and Rich picked us up at the airport with his personal car to take us to their office then get us our vehicle. The following Sunday at 6:00 am, well before their normal hours, Tim met us at the office to take us to the airport!
That is what we call superb service. - Thanks again
