  Dell and his wife are great. I was visiting from out town and purchased the 3 day drop-in pass to workout. Dell was very attentive and knowledgeable. This is a box to come to when in Charlotte.

  Every trainer at CrossFit Eternal has your fitness goals in mind! I was on a 6 month research journey on what would best work for me to accomplish my goals. I found a encouraging family-feeling environment with CrossFit Eternal! I tried the ol' P90X, Athlene Max/Shred and the classic Planet Fitness membership and still could never find myself getting the results I desired. After a 6 week Reboot program with CrossFit Eternal I cut myself down to 10% body fat and saw muscle gain and tone throughout my entire body!   Can’t recommend my home gym enough. The owners here, Dell and Shelia, really have a heart for helping others no matter there skill or even fitness level. I have been a member since Jan 2016 and now two years later still can’t wait to get back in the gym every week! I have lost 40+ lbs and all my vital signs are vastly improved. More energy, new clothes, and new outlook! They have literally changed my life. They can change your too!

  If you come here, you will have a great time, meet great people, and learn a lot!
  
  This location offers a large incredible space with a plethora of equipment to have a great workout. Need an assault bike? It's here! Do you want to climb a rope and flip some tires? They're here too! There's also a large rig that can accommodate a decent number of people.
  
  The new coaches you meet here are incredibly kind, personable and passionate!
  
  People of all fitness levels are welcome. Even if you know nothing about Crossfit (like me), you're welcome here! There's a whole program aimed specifically towards individuals who are new to this activity!
  
  I even brought my 15 year old sister (who has the coordination of a newborn giraffe) here to get her away from her laptop. Coach Sheila was able to scale the workout down to a level that my little sister could manage and complete.

  I dropped in here 12 times over the last two weeks. Great coaching, nicely equipped and a huge space. Saturday mornings are even better with all the kids running around getting fit. Thanks for having me Dell and Sheila! I am still not sure who "Julio" is but when Anthony yells it everybody starts exercising ????????????
