  When I walked into the store and I saw the store representative was busy so I waited for a little bit then Quila came up to me and assisted me. I tell you that she was an awesome person to help me to be approved for a phone that I been wanted for awhile. I had a terrible experience with the att store at north tryon and E wt Harris blvd near the hospital. She made my day that I was qualified for the iphone xs max and I cant wait to go back and finally get the phone I’ve been waited for such a long time. I recommend not to go to the other att store at promenade shopping center because the person I had did not explain to me why I was not approved. Update: I got the phone today and again she help me throughout the process to get what I needed to do for the phone and setting it up.

  Heather and Jenny were awesome! They both helped me with switching accounts as well as upgrading to my new xs max which I already love! They were very nice, helpful, and professional through the entire process! Both of them deserve a raise or a bonus if you ask me. It’s people like them that make AT&T the company that it is! Thank you for all your help heather and Jenny!!

  Fabulous customer service! Because of Heather, I completely switched carriers. She exemplified professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable about the plans and products that would best meet my needs.

  Fantastic experience here with these ladies! Definitely delivered above and beyond. Came in with problems that other stores couldn't fix, but they didn't hesitate to resolve my issue in a timely manner! Great customer service, super blessed to have met these young women!
