  I reside in New york and my son who drives a volvo v70 had a broken hood latch. Joe (owns the establishment and works on the cars himself) was very understanding and took him in on a Saturday morning and fixed the hood latch for $10. The dealer wanted $800 to replace the entire assembly and another prominent volvo shop in Charlotte wanted $100 to just look at it. Joe knows his stuff and we now have a someone who is reliable, demonstrates integrity, extremely pleasant to work with and one who we will return for any and all our automotive (not just our volvo's) repair and service needs. Thank you Joe - you truly are customer oriented and one who can be trusted with all our automotive needs.

  Simply put,if you own a volvo and you don't get your service and repairs done by Joe,you are making the largest mistake of your car ownership life.Very knowledgeable,fair pricing and excellent work.None of the repair remorse so many of us have had before we leave a shop.I would highly recommend Swedish Connection.

  Joe is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Volvo cars. Had to get my car fixed up to sell, and the pricing was more than fair on the services provided. This is the guy to go to in Charlotte if you need help with your Volvo.
