  Great variety of rugs are sold here from many countries around the world, I like the free shipping option ir if u can't wait u can always come pick it up in the warehouse. Employees are very kind and helpful. Prices are cheap as well.

  What a great place to purchase rugs. I ordered a rug on line, but decided the color was not exactly right. I contacted Mina, and told her I wanted to exchange the rug. It was no problem. I also told her I was going to be in Charlotte and asked if I could return the rug in person and bring my fabric swatches to the showroom. She informed me it was a warehouse, but they would be happy to assist me.
  When I arrived I was introduced to Ally, who took great care of me. He pulled the rugs I had seen on-line and I was able to choose the perfect rug. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience and such great customer service. I have told all my friends and will return when I need another rug.
