  So far I have bought my last 2 cars from Town and Country and have had great experiences both times! Trey has been my salesman both times and does a great job of helping me decide which car I want. The whole dealership went above and beyond to help me take home a new car.

  I have been having some issues with my car and took it here on our way to visit family. Everyone has been so nice and they found two extended warranties on my car. So thankfully both big issues they found cost me nothing out of pocket. I still have one more trip there to replace some parts they had to order. But I definitely suggest the place for all your ford needs!

  Again I was very satisfied with Bill and the service department. It’s great having a place where you can go for service and have breakfast. Great job Town and Country Ford.

  Recently I brought my Ford Escape into Town and Country Ford for regular servicing. As I drove into the service bay, I was welcomed by a Greeter and had a Service Writer directed to me. The Service Writer, listened to the reason for my visit, and started the process. As I looked for the door to the waiting area, a Service Tech noted my gaze around and led me to the comfy chairs in the waiting area and showed me where the coffee was located. Talk about "above and beyond the call of duty". My car was efficiently serviced and washed, and my Service Writer came to let me know of the service completion. Even the Cashier was personable and kind. This is my kind of Dealer/Service Center. What more could I ask for? I'll be back.

  Great experience. Can not say enough about Mr Williams and the rest of the staff. Will definitely refer him to others searching for a vehicle.
  Mr Williams took a great deal of time to explain everything I did in the process and why. Being older, I appreciated that. He is truly an asset to Town and Country Ford!
