  I was injured on the job due to fellow employees being careless. Then it was an uphill fight with my employer. Not knowing where to turn I remember seeing the Oxner & Permar commercials. I gave them a call, talked with their lawyers. Right after that I knew I made the right decision for me. The staff, lawyer Holland really eased my mind. They took care of the paperwork and the communication with their office in Charlotte as professional as a law firm could. They treated me with respect and continued to the very closing of my case. My settlement was for even more than could be expected. They didn't give up and followed thru. I believe they should have a theme song like Tom Petty's "I won't back down ! " Oxner & Permar truly looked out for me forward backward side to side. I have such high regard for this law firm. If you a lawyer. Check with these fine folks first. If they determine they can help you. They will give you all they got 110%. They set the bar for standards. Their staff is so polite I felt more like a family member instead of just a client. Kind , courteous and professional. Thank you to all of you at Oxner and Permar you are truly the Best of the Best as far as I am concerned.

  I have used this law firm Oxner & Permar several times and I have never been disappointed in the out come of my case. Experience lawyers that fight for you and get the job done. I like that they keep me informed through out the entired time they represented me. I want to thank them for making it easy for me to heal and focused on my recovery and not worry about all that legal stuff. Thanks guys for being in my corner. You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!
