  My husband and I only have one car and it wasn't starting! I called James at White Raven Mobile Mechanic he came same day within the time he specified. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and began working immediately! I couldn't go pick up the part myself so he did so for us and exchanged the old part for the new one making sure we got our core deposit back. The work was done in a very timely manner and his hourly rate was so reasonable. I definitely plan on using him and recommending him to anyone and everyone I know in the area.

  James was awesome! He had my car running in 30 minutes and looked over everything safety-wise. He explained everything to me very well & was very fair with pricing. I am super happy with the service and would definitely call again.

  White Raven mobile mechanic is top notch! I Would recommend James to anyone. I drive a Japanese Diesel Toyota Land cruiser. There aren't a lot of people willing or that can work on those. He was able to remove my alternator though, replace the brush, put it back in and got me running again. i would highly recommend James to anyone! He's a nice guy to boot and very knowledgeable. Top notch work!

  I came from Richmond VA for a tradeshow. Yesterday afternoon, as I got ready to go home, my car would not start. James helped me to get the fixed so that I was able to get back home last night. Without James' help I wouldn't be able to celebrate my daughter's birthday today.

  My wife and I have been here for 4.5 years now and it was time for us to look for a honest mechanic since I was not able to do the repair on our vehicle this time. So I had to looked up quite a few businesses to insure that I find someone/business who is not only honest, but dependable, know what he/she is doing, and do it correctly the first time. As l saw James had very good reviews and was very hopeful that they were real I felt good to give him a try. I have high expectations for these types of things. So when I met James he most definitely delivered. He came on time, professional, knowledgeable, checking every instead of throwing parts on and increasing the bill. He did the repair correctly. Also from taking a lot of stuff apart to do the job especially when some are cheap plastic parts he carefully did it. He maybe mobile but he has the tools that is needed for the repair(s) even being mobile. However, after he was done he didn’t break anything and you couldn’t tell that he did anything besides got my car is working to where it should be. He didn’t only respect my property for the car but the area he was working around cause as I had be in shops not everyone keeps their work are clean but he did. Sorry for the long review but I wanted others that are looking for someone to repair their vehicles I highly recommend him; I know who I will be calling on from now on. I know how nice it is to know someone is good and honest and he charges far less than going to a shop especially if you have a tow it in then they got you since your car is stuck there and if they over charge you they knowing that they you have to have it towed again after charging you a diagnostic charge as well. I’m sure you get my point. So a honest, professional, and fair person who come to you is just a no brainer.
