(February 23, 2019, 5:26 pm)The guys at Firestone Northlake are the best. When my daughter had a car issue and was stuck in the rain, the manager, Andrew came to her rescue not once, but twice. He took the time to assist her just before they closed and return after he closed up to check and made sure she was ok. Fortunately for her, she still needed help. Andrew stayed with her, in the rain, and got her car working again. The most impressive part is, she wasn't even a Firestone customer. She just needed some help with her car when it shut off after leaving the mall. He wouldnt even take a our tip! Thanks Andrew! This really demonstrates the importance of customer service to you and that you truly care. I highly recommend them!!!

(December 29, 2018, 11:17 am)So far so good. I had my Land Rover towed there last night with an alternator issue. I hope I can continue this good review shortly. They think they can have it fixed quickly. That would be great as my wife and 3 year old are waiting in NC ready to head back to Ohio.

(December 19, 2018, 12:11 pm)Been going here for close to 6 years now. They do good work and are forthcoming with issues and concerns. Obviously they are a business and operate as so. Labor is standard for a non independent shop but less than the dealer. As a customer, you should be informed on pricing for your particular vehicle as well as realistic in your expectations. I've never had a problem and they do upsell, but if you know what you need, there's never an issue. Thanks again.
