  I love the staff and dr.buchanan! I had a pretty bad infection that a normal emergency dentist couldn't take care of and they took care of me without any referrals or being a prior paitent. If I ever need to come back they will be my 1st choice.

  What a super special Dr. and staff. Overwhelmingly so. Before the appt. my daughter was beyond terrified to have 4 teeth removed. After her 1st ever appointment for the consultation she was at ease within a minute of talking to Dr. Buchannan. If he hasn’t been named yet in “Top Doctor -Charlotte” he should be. My daughter is actually not even concerned about when it’s time to get her wisdom teeth out!

  Dr. James Buchanan and his staff are amazing. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and it was very fast when he did it. I hardly had any pain at all after the first day. Crystal his dental assistant was very nice and informative. I was very nervous and she helped me relax. It was a wonder experience despite what I was there for. You will have some pain of course on the first day but after that you will be fine. Make sure to follow their directions so you won't have any issues.

  Pretty new place but really wonderful. We had to squeeze in a last minute wisdom teeth removal and they were very accommodating. I was evaluated one week and the wisdom teeth were taken out the next. Dr.Buchanan is a really friendly guy and very personable. After my surgery I had no issues and I personally didn’t need anything more than ibuprofen for my pain.

  I had a Very great experience even though I was terrified to have my wisdom tooth removed. They did a great job in reassuring me that I was in good hand. I took all 4 of them out, i feel no pain. Didnt even take no pain medication for it. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
