Was told they would reduce with proposition to my weight witch is over 200lbs but ended up with breast smaller than my 13 yr old granddaughter and one nibble on my chest. Every time i went in for this i was told what was r could b done that someone was gonna call me and no was has yet to call yet. I had this surgery 3yrs ago and im so ashamed of the outcome that i wont take my shirt off in front of my partner of 20 yrs. He try to encourage me but its not working. They havent even called for follow up to check to see if im ok r pleased. I had wanted this done for yrs and worked 2 jobs just to pay for it now i wished i never had done it. R shall i say wish i had looked around before doing it.

Dr.Pratt is so personable and is a perfectionist!! He is always very comforting and reassuring ! Erin is a phenomenal family oriented surgery scheduler!! She always knows the answers to my questions or obtained the answers for me in a VERY efficient time period! Laura Lee,RN and Maggie, RN are the most educational, sweet and easy going nurses. They took EXCELLENT care of me !! The team as a whole are absolutely the best plastic surgery team around !! After many consultations,questions, decisions and discussions, Dr.Pratt and the team at The Refine Institute in Ballantyne eased my mind and answered all my questions 100%!!! They will continue to receive referrals from me !! Thank you team!!
