    Harmony Yoga has been life-changing for me. I started with evening classes over 10 years ago and completed the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training last year. Both where phenomenal experiences. Lisa Moore has truly changed my life for the better through this studio. Workshops on topics like astrology, Ayurveda, & essential oils are held throughout the year. If you are looking for healing & transformational yoga, you’ve found the right spot.

    Lisa teaches "real" yoga and is an absolutely amazing teacher. Her yoga teacher training is also top notch. She is the best yogi in Charlotte to learn from. You won't regret taking any of her classes. ❤
