  We were referred to Karen when a job transfer was planned for the Charlotte area. We explained that we were stuck waiting on details before we were ready to buy. Karen went right to work researching the best areas for special needs programs for our kids. She joined fb groups and posted questions for me (I don't have fb), and checked in regularly making sure we felt well cared for and didn't have any other questions. A true buyers agent! Even after things went sideways and we ended up not moving to Charlotte, Karen still offered to be available to help. She has proven trustworthy and kind. If we ever do make it to Charlotte, we have definitely found a realtor.

  We lucked out with Karen Lambrinides as our realtor for our recent move to the Charlotte area. She is professional, courteous, and extremely reliable in her communications and follow-up. Very early in the process, we felt that we were in good hands with Sweet Home Carolina Realty as we made an extremely quick move for a job transfer. Karen went above and beyond for us, including looking at houses with us less than two weeks before Christmas, even though she was suffering from a head cold! She expertly guided us through the mortgage process and was on top of all of the new regulatory changes that had occurred just months before we closed. She was also diligent in keeping everyone on the same page even though my husband had already made the move to Charlotte while I stayed behind to facilitate the sale of our house in Atlanta. I would highly recommend Karen and Sweet Home Carolina Realty to anyone in the Charlotte area who may be in the market to buy or sell their home.
