Bailey helped us out and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all the questions we had (and I had a ton), gave us all the recommendations for ring care, and had a ton of product knowledge and advice! On top of all that, she was super friendly and had a smile on her face the entire time! Good customer service is hard to come by these days! We will definitely continue doing business with Brownlee! (May 20, 2018, 10:45 am)Had to have wife's engagement ring repaired (40 years old). Ring came back better than new (new diamond mount) that showcased the diamond better than when we first purchased it all those years ago. The price was exactly as estimated. Will continue to use them as we strongly feel we can trust them.
