It's really cool how you can move here and not know anyone and once you link up with this organization you are part of a really cool community of like minded individuals doing BIG things.   Jason is great and the concept behind Community Room Rental is something this city was lacking. It's a great way to get started in Charlotte as a young professional because you get to live in a great house with affordable rent and you meet other people in your age bracket with similar career aspirations. The events hosted by Jason are a lot of fun and it's a great way to network! Anyone planning to move to Charlotte to start their career, should definitely look into Community Room Rental!

  The rental properties are in great condition. The owner is phenomenal. He really cares for his tenants as family and makes sure they are satisfied their living quarters.

  Great housing a great prices. Owner is fantastic and sincerely wants renters to feel at home. All general issues get resolved quickly and efficiency . All in all one of the best ways to rent in Charlotte!

  Was the BEST housing arrangement for being new to the city! Enjoy the community feel and diversity. Due to our weekly and seasonal events I have made some genuine friendships and felt welcomed from the start! I always feel safe in my house and communication between all tenants has been key. If you're looking to meet new people, gain a sense of community, and live in a safe and fun environment, I DEFINITELY recommend!
