(August 15, 2018, 3:42 pm)When we arrived at the Regency by Cortland we were immediately greeted warmly by Barry. He gave us a tour of the apartment we were interested in and worked with us until 10 pm that night to ensure we would be able to move in the next day. Kennia also assisted us and made sure all of the paperwork was completed down to every detail. They had the apartment cleaned and ready for us with a small gift inside to welcome us home. This property is one of the best maintained properties in my experience. The maintenance team has been very helpful to us. All of the staff here are professional and trustworthy which is very rare to find. The property sits in a great neighborhood and feels safe. The residents here seem to be very quiet and considerate.

(May 1, 2018, 4:30 pm)I'm a new resident (moved in about a month ago) and I've had such a great experience with this community. The buildings themselves are a little older, but nicely upgraded. The staff and maintenance team have been incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Any time I've had questions, I've heard back within the same day.
Also, the community is actively engaged in improvement, which I highly value. In the short time I've been there, they've installed more pet waste stations, increased the lighting at the bark park, installed speed humps to make the community safer, and now they've just announced that the whole community will be smoke free. That may put off some people, but my lungs appreciate it! They're repainting the parking lots this week. It just seems like the whole community is invested in being as safe and comfortable as possible.
The location is convenient to many shops and restaurants and even though it's in a bustling neighborhood, I find the community itself very quiet and peaceful.
Just the two cents of a new resident, but I'm very happy to call this home.
