I've used this place almost a dozen times and everything has been great. I've had alterations to slacks and jeans (adult and toddler), and dry cleaning on formal wear for my wife and my self and there's only been one spot missed. Of course during my next visit there was no issue with cleaning the elusive water stain at no cost. The customer service has also been respectful and professional. The lady at the front gives my son fruit snacks, and always seem to be in a good mood.
