Avant at Steele Creek Apartment Homes

I used to live here years ago when it was called Sterling. I had to leave for my job, but now that I'm back in Charlotte, I decided to come back because of the location. Since I don't have a car the transportation aspects are nice. Everything is in walking distance and the bus route is across the street. I just moved in and I'm shocked. Everything is brand new. The walls are painted, appliances are new, and they changed the whole look of the apartment. I'm glad I came back. Everyone is really nice over here and the whole process was so easy.

We have been here for 2 years and the new Avant staff has been great. I think they took over after some of the reviews below... Our unit was just renovated and the contractors were very courteous, and the upgrades looks amazing! For the price, location and now a staff that is doing tons of improvements to the community- you really can’t go wrong!
